It was a fine morning in the School of Hogwarts. The Sun was shining, but not all too brightly as to make Evangelina need to cover her eyes in order to see well enough to walk. She appreciated the subtle warmth coming from the Sun, almost soaking the rays in like a plant. Winter was full of too many dull days. Evie longed for the colors that she knew existed underneath the blanket of snow. There was so much color in the world. And there exists beautiful colors in things that one would not normally look at for.
The paths on the grounds were well worn by now. The snow had been moved to the sides, or melted by the ever annoyed Filch. Evie still wore her knee high waterproof boots, just in case. She always hated to be in a situation where she was prepared to get a little dirty. That is why she hardly ever wore ‘delicate’ clothes. Those kinds of clothes were pretty, yes, but grass stains and she spend so much time by the lake that wearing pretty clothes would be a waste..
The day was Saturday. And it was mighty refreshing to have a nice break. Evangelina had a little spot of 'shopping' that she wanted to get done today, for something might come up in the next coming week or maybe even today. She really hoped that something would come up, for her own sanity’s sake. It seemed like she had not really gotten anywhere since she started searching. Evie was generally good at getting the things done that needed to be done, but she wanted her day to last. It was such a nice day! She had promised herself to enjoy the weather today.. and so she had. Now back to the dusty and dark Library where her search would continue. She had been looking so incredibly much for this item, months now. Since she found the first piece of clue(Mod Decides) she had been filling every gap in her study time with the search of this one item.. She had ended up in the Library.. And there she would continue.. The reason for the walk today was that she had almost seen nothing of the spring due to this search. Now that it had been done she returned to the library.. How she missed the lake at times.
