The sunday lessons with Abigail.

Abigail walked into Greenhouse Two with Evie for her first Sunday lesson. The Professor was carrying a number of stacked pots, for the next Herbology lesson, which she placed onto the great study table in the middle of the Greenhouse.

'Sorry for all the mess my dear, we Gardeners often do quite a bit of potting, planting and pruning on Sundays. No lessons to get in the way, you see. Not that this little studying session is any trouble my dear.'

She motioned for Evie to sit down at the table, and Abigail took a seat opposite her.

'So, what would you like to do today? We could go over what we learnt last lesson, or perhaps move onto some theory work for the end of year assessment.'

Evie jumped over to her seat. Took the one she had been motioned towards and smiled ot her head of house. She had looked forward to this soo much. And now it was happening."Well I read the Second to third year books in the summer and took notes on them. So the theory is in place.. I just need the practise.. I am aiming for Outstanding in my O.W.L.S And Newts. "

Abigail grinned cheekily.

'If you've nailed down the theory then, you wouldn't mind at all if I give you a few questions on it?'

Evie shook her head, actually happy to be tested on it a little. There was noone at home to hear her in it."Wouldn't mind at all."
She smiled to prove it.

Abigail rested her head on her palm, pondering some questions.

'Uhm...From where does the plant Mimbulus Mimbletonia originate?'

"It stands most places to have its native range in the Assyrian regions."

Evie sat with a innocent smile, she was pretty sure shed fail this answer..
"Ehhh... Scotland?"

Abigail grinned.

'Unfortunately my dear Evie, the Hogwarts Willow is the only one of its kind in Scotland. There are a small number across the world, but the closest, and most prominent, is one in the Forest of Dean, down in England. Of course my dear girl, that was a very hard question, even for smart herbologists.'

Evie grinned, and surprisingly she took out a stack of parchments, shuffeled through them till she found one with a heading that said Whomping Willow. She looked at it a little and then took forht her ink and ben to write this new info down.. When it was packed safely away again she looked at her teacher...
"Cruel question Professor, but not one I'll be failing again. Thank."
