    All right Ngugi, so what I understand from the One-ring script is that the benefits of it (for good factions) are :
    - economic boost in each settlements
    - turning your good faction into a dark one (which can be a quite pleasant turning point in a good faction campaign)

    Is that correct ?

    If you keep it, aye; of course you can (if you're above the lure of material wealth and Power) instead destroy the One: ending Mordor, future Invasions and a potential return of Sauron

    Of course you could decide to destroy it ! But maybe on your way to Mount Doom, you would decide that... it's better to bring it back to the citadel. To be kept safe... hidden... dark and deep in the vaults, not to be used... unless at the uttermost... end of need.

    Certainly; the name is directly from RotK, where it applied to the leader of those Orcs who Frodo and Sam were "shanghaied" to join when in disguise.
    They're a morale boosting unit, quite useful for early game rabble (and quite annoying if you're Mordor's foes). The Orcs of the misty Mountains have an equivalent; they're both avilable from Sauron's temples and their description is as follows:

    Orc-drivers

    'Where there’s a whip there’s a will', that is the cordon of the Orc-drivers who love nothing more than to hand out a freshener, only to give as much lash as skins will carry when stragglers come in late to their camp.
    It is in the nature of the Orcs to hate, and hate is in essence non-cooperative. Orcs constantly consider to desert whenever the bosses, that is what Orcs call the Dark Lord and his commanders, look away.
    This either because they want to be free from rulers and raid for their own gain, or simply out of fear of their enemies; Orcs prefer to avoid any enemy who can bite back.
    That is why Sauron appointed the Orc-drivers to go out among his evil armies, and with their whips and cruel threats strengthen the moral at the battle fields.

    What does the "Tradition" character gauge do? I noticed it as a replacement for the "piety" character trait in the clip and I was interested in its gameplay mechanics, if any (I do not think it has one in vanilla TATW).

    Also, I noticed that a level 5 corruption (amounting to the new Dark Lord or Queen) ends your chances of destroying the ring permanently but two things remain unanswered to me:
    -How does one destroy the ring pre-level 5 corruption, once initially chosen not do so and keep the ring?
    -If your dark lord or queen is killed, what happens to the Ring and the script? Sauron is gone, as you said, without no chance of him returning? Does the script simply start again from the point in which the Ring was lost?

    They do cause crashes for some, as any elephant-based models can, I'm afraid.
    In case they create problems for a player there's an ingame script feature by Withwnar to purge the elephant based-models (Ents, wolves etc) and they're no longer recruitable; in cases of wolf-units, werewolves included, they're replaced with wargs.
