Searching Mod for a more agressive Carthage

As title, I find the Carthage is too week, while it should be the most powerfull enemy of Rome . The are conquered soon by the Scipii and/or Hispania and/or Numidia, and never have a chance to develop. I tried to make an alliance with them so to force the Scipii to stop war, but the peace doesn't last long. Now can someone adress me to a MOD that only make Carthage more agressive (or just make them start with some powerfull troops), but only this, I'm playing the Italian version and most mod modify the language file, and playing a game half english half italian is vary sad, so what I'm looking for is just an IA more agressive for Carthage. I think Rome Total Realism has a unified Rome (All one faction instead of 3 families) and a powerful Carthage.

Terrae Expungdae (no idea with spelling lol). Well TE 5.1 by Lusted has a powerful Carthage as well (also unified Rome).

Alternatively, you could edit the early Carthaginian troops so that they are much stronger as their early infantry is awful and is why they are a push over at the beginning. It is pretty easy to change these stats. You can do it using notepad by editing C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\Data\export_descr_unit.txt

You simply increase the defence and attack ratings for these troops (such as militia and iberian infantry). Alternatively you could edit these stats using a unit editing tool.

editing unit stats is so easy that its not worth using an editing tool. Just go to export_descr_unit, and viola, there are all the stats. Just put in what ever numbers you want.
