Hi,
I have been playing Fall of the Samurai and all TW games after RTW lately, without any problems. But since I somewhat dislike the combination of traditional and modern, I craved to play the base Shogun 2 game. It turned out to be out of stock from where I buy, but they had the old Shogun TW available cheap, so I bought it to quench my thirst for Sengoku Jidai.
Now the problem is, I cannot see my units or enemy units on the battlefield. And the top of the screen is heavily distorted. I can run campaign without any problems, but I cannot fight any battles because unit sprites being invisible and heavily distorted panel on the top. Here is a screenshot:
The location you are seeing is my invisible troops are 'supposed' to be standing. Over the bridge is the 'supposed' enemy, nowhere to be seen now. And you may have already noticed the top panel, how distorted and messy it is.
Are all these issues present because of my modern PC that runs newer games like Shogun II: Fall of the Samurai and Assassin's Creed with ease? Or is there some other problem I might have not noticed?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.![]()
