Scroll down a bit and you 're there.
i'm surprised anyone would know about carthaginian reforms before they read the faq.
all hail the flying spaghetti monster!
I usually just search for 'reforms' and click Forward three times (in EB FAQ thread).
ok thxs
not related to this, but is there any list of important traits that are triggered by certain buildings? like for example need for temple of Ceres for trait of Popularis?
I dont think there is one. But i found this connection i wonder if that is what the EB team had in mind when creating the trigger for marius reforms. You probably might be aware of it but still interesting.
Populares ("Populares addressed the problems of the urban plebs, particularly subsidizing a grain dole, and in general favored limiting slavery, since slavery took jobs from poor free citizens.
They also garnered political support by attempts to expand citizenship to communities outside Rome and Italy.")
Ceres - "The festival Cerealia was organised by the plebeian aediles, Ceres being one of the patron deities of the plebs or common people."
