Ireland Playable in Grand Campaign TGW 4.6

I was wondering if it is possible for me to use pfm and make Ireland playable in the campaign. I used PFM and i was able to play as Ireland in custom battles but not in the campaign.

At this point in history, Ireland was part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

To that end, you could just play as the British faction.

I know, It became an independant nation in 1922, or technically in the 1940s, but I just want to play as Ireland for fun. Is there any way i can do this with an esf tool of pfm?

I know in most mods that make all the nations playable it's difficult to make the emergent nations (ones that come into being through revolutions like America in Empire' Grand Campaign) playable for some reason and I have yet to come across one that allows this.
