waterfalls in ted

hey guys, im not a real modder but i like playing around with ted and making some crazy maps, ive been trying to make a waterfall but im not exactly sure where to start,
can someone help ?

Its under terrain decals.. you will have to play with size, distance from eachother and flowing direction, i suggest using the line option.. and i believe theres a limit to how much decals u can place, believe its like 500.. also the particle effects like splashes and mist dont work, they dont save
