texture quality problem

hi, i used to play on ultra texture settings, but now there is no visual difference, even on the highest level the textures are blurred. I don,t have high end computer but previously the textures looked sharp. Thanks in advance for any ideas

yes, i have set up every possible parameter on max value, but still no effect

Try disabling AA (AntiAliasing) and blur might go away.
