This program with can change agent limit

1st make backup file

open: Total War Shogun 2 - Fall Of The Samurai\data latest patchxx.pack (xx this number is your corrent update)



I dont know how can make limit navy ships some1 tell me maybe

Pretty sure it's moddable.. Check the naval_units_table (Something like that). Since you can only have 1 Nihon Maru, you can set the limits for all ships most likely.

ships and many lot of things can find unit_xxx exactly the limit and costs: unit_tables
