Total War Shogun 2 Build 5346 VS 5973

Hello, I want to share with you my observation ; I have two version of the game on my computer the first one is up to date with last patch from yesterday (5973) and the second who remains on 5346.

The performance diffrence is AWESOME! For exemple I launch a battle on 5346 with 40 units (400 men in each unit) in two armies specs between high and ultra and evrything is working fine without any lags (20-40 fps), but the same battle with the newest version of the game is unplayable!

So I don't understand why the update game is working so bad!?

If one patch is pre FOTS and you have a Nvidia card, you might need to update your drivers since FOTS broke performance on many Nvidia cards and was only recently fixed with a driver update by Nvidia.

The problem is that this to version are with FOTS and with last drivers.
