    Default is there any information about what happened on CA mod summit and (R)TW 2 modding

    and there is a voting for "how did you like the modding summit" i ask myself where i can get some information what at least happened there and what were the results of that summit?

    is there any information anyone of you was there?

    there's a thread at the Shogun 2 forum, easiest if you look at Craig's and Jack's profiles, most of the latest of their posts were in the thread about the mod summit. There's also another thread, I think also at the Shogun 2 forum, it was called "Mitch's report" or something, one of the modders who was there recounts the meeting.

    Pretty interesting stuff and the modding kit CA have released for Shogun 2 will practically transform modding imho. Plus I think it will allow a tremendous ammount of knowledge about the engine as well, which will be of great help once Rome 2 comes along. In fact, I see this modding summit as a testbed of sorts. If the modding community manages to show its potential and generate profit for Sega and CA, or at least keep the gamers' attention(which means gamers keeping their copies of the game instead of returning them afterwards), I think the permission for a modding kit release for Rome 2 will be given. And won't that be cool?
