Are you sure? I did not find sth like that. I always thought you have to be sth to the site (content staf, citizen, etc) to be able to change it.

You have to be some sort of staff, citizen, and or a local moderator to have a custom user title (not that I have much knowledge in that area). Lurking around Latin custom titles is passed and pending. I would expect to see them soon enough.

This was discussed already somewhere and the moderator(I don't know which) came to a conclusion that we will get that after Rome II comes out.

New badges and titles have already been presented for approval by the Hex council and curia.
Some excellent work has been done on this front.
There is talk of changing over the banner,s and titles after Christmas by some member,s.
I am hoping this will happen so I post the odd reminder in the citizens threads.
I cannot wait to get rid of those ETW themes on citizens badges and for general member's to get our beloved Roman titles and names.

Yes, magpie is right, we are already collecting submissions for new badges, we still have the older Rome forum skins etc, so I guess around Xmas it will be decided what new badge layout will be taken, the default forum skin will most likely be switched to the Roman one again and user titles will be renewed, too. Though whether this happens around Xmas already is written in the stars, I personally would be in favour of us switching to Rome again about half a year before the release, not earlier
