This is no moderator decision, but rather a Curial or Content-Staff decision - it is basically under discussion in these section already for quite some time.

I am hoping this will happen so I post the odd reminder in the citizens threads.

Yes, magpie is right, we are already collecting submissions for new badges, we still have the older Rome forum skins etc, so I guess around Xmas it will be decided what new badge layout will be taken, the default forum skin will most likely be switched to the Roman one again and user titles will be renewed, too. Though whether this happens around Xmas already is written in the stars, I personally would be in favour of us switching to Rome again about half a year before the release, not earlier
