I have managed to get RTRPE 1.9 working, but when I try installing 2.0 for Alexander I can't get it to open it instead it opens up the normal one or RTR. I do the target thing but it just leads it to RTR. Any Ideas?

You mean RTR Platinum 2.0 ? It is RTR 1.9 made playable with RTW-ALX engine, not a mod of Alexander Campaign (I think that's what you're looking for).

Well yes I have both platinum & 2.0 but when i install 2.0. It says to create a shortcut and put target towards something, but it only leads it to RTR instead of the modified one

Don't really understand what you're looking for. In any case RTR 1.9 and RTR 2.0 can't be use in the same RTW installation as both uses the same mod folder name (rtrpe).

You can install RTR Platinum (1.9 or 2.0 - only one) together with RTR VII though as RTR VII uses different mod folder name.

You can't actually have both Platinum (I assume 1.9 for RTW & BI) together with 2.0 (I assume RTR Platinum 2.0 for RTW-ALX) as one will simply overwrite the other.

Looks like that's the problem I had both at the same time.
Is there like anyway I could have both at the same time like say Alexander's files (2.0 & Original) on the Desktop & the other 2 (RTR 1.9 & the one you've mentioned<or is that like an older version?) in program files?

You have to make 2 copies of Rome - Total War folder.

In any case 2.0 is basically 1.9 but made playable with RTW-ALX plus some of other fixes. That's all. It's not an entirely new mod. Both are base on RTR 6 Gold which was released in 2006 (?)

Is Rome total war Anthology install all in the same installation folder ? Or is it like Steam where RTW & BI under one installation folder while ALX under different installation folder >?

but they got there on sub folders like data(RTW) BI(BITW) Alexander(Alexander)

Okay well I got the RTRVII the launcher it says up to date V. 1.0... Is it cause you know how in the download mirrors section it says patches are they needed?
And my PC is not that great and a bit of lag. Any ideas how to solve this(lag)?
As well I noticed that you can have FOE, TIC, and RTRPE, EXRM or atleast it says you can play. No problems if I get all those right(same time installed)?

Yes. Those are all mod foldered. Not sure about EXRM. Is it uses rtroe folder or different ? If different can be installed together with RTRPE. If same folder name then unfortunately can't.
