VI isn't sold anywhere around where I live and I can't get it online. Total War: Eras isn't coming to my local gamestop until the end of this month and I'm kicking myself because I can't play this mod

Dead bodies cannot be added - not with over 1000 units and not with 6 different campaigns.

Will the background info for the campaign selection still be done? It´s blank right now...

Other than that, I´ll have to do something to get MTW/VI run again properly. Whatever it takes...

I will write introductions, though it is mainly a question of good mood...

Basically it is like a short story which combines all events from the period about each faction.

I will most likely NOT write additional faction introductions.

I think there will be a small release before the main one i.e. 2.0.

I'd like to test some ideas in practice for some time before beta testing.

The minor improvement pack would include reworked historical battles (I have some new data, much more detailed than earlier) + perhaps one or two new animations and new music (I have almost prepared an Orthodox music set so it might be relased separately just like pack nr 1 available now).

Other than that it won't be much different so not too impressive, but it shouldn't affect your campaign saves in any way.

I will try to post it in time of one week - depends how long it takes to convert those blasted animations from CivIII.

When it comes to news I've just found more detailed description of some very interesting battles during the Italian Wars between France and the Habsburgs (among other sides) - can add some diversity to the boring Polish-centred part of the mod.

I will try to prepare a number of these during the weekend.

I installed it, but it doesn't seem to have over-written the MTW VI files. MTW Viking Invasion is what is available to play. What did I do wrong?

Weird - I believe in your MTW folder you will find another MTW forlder as a result - most likely just the instal directory wasn't the right one in this situation...

    To all

I wasn't able to do anything in recent weeks, but this is mainly caused by the destruction of my old HDD - anti-vir together with Windows Explorer and something else I wasn't able to identify paralysed my old PC.

I couldn't even launch Paint... After some effort I had to give up and buy a brand new HDD to avoid any danger to the mod in progress.

As a result no progress was made since my last post, but nothing was erazed anyway. I have bought a new HDD and copied the files with almost done PMTW 2.0 which with some effort runs smoothly on my old/new machine. So basically I am able to continue and none of critical pieces has been damaged. Don't ask about the other files I couldn't save, though...
