Playing at Sicily, when and where will I be able to recruit Mounted Crossbowmen? And would it be worth it?

Don't know much about Sicilian Rooster , but when playing as Poland you get Strelczy from the beginning (missile attack 7) The'yre very good against spearmen sergeants and urban spear militias !

Mounted Crossbowmen are recruited with a Marksman's Range in Castles after the New Era event of 1300.
