Is it possible to add a new garamantine faction in EB II?

If you have Mundus Magnus map, Africa is very large in the Saharian region: i think that Garamantes would have a lot of geographical space to expand, expecially to North Africa and Aethiopia.
In the Mugnus Magnus Map there are Rapsa an Garama, two important garamantine cities.

Most of the sahara is going to be impassable desert, and the EB team may even cut the land bridge between north-western Africa and north-eastern Africa, thus not allowing land expansion between the areas.

Well... it would be a good think if EB team would reintroduce that land bridge or would do another thing to allowing the hypothetical garamantian expansion: i think it would be not impossible or hard to do.
Garamantian kingdom was an important saharian political entity in the III - II - I century BC

I think people, nothing the position of the topic, are not so stupid to not understand that this is a proposal for a new faction, not a "new faction announcement"

...actually, the second thing I looked at was who put up the thread, so ya... but it might help if you called it 'adding the Garamantes' or something like that, perhaps.

Afterthought, generally discussion/proposals of factions to include go in the faction speculation thread, just so ya know.
