Percival Black enters.
Abigail Petunia entered the room, her large brown boots leaving considerable dirt footprints in her path. It was evident, by the large apron she was wearing, which was already covered in all manner of garden material and produce, that the Professor had head straight for the Greenhouses the moment she arrived. One half of Abigail was impatient - some of the plants in Greenhouse Two had sprouted early, and they required urgent pruning before they start to infest the rest of the greenhouse. But the other half was more curious, and eager to meet their new, ex-auror, Headmaster.
"Only Connect!...Only connect the prose and the passion, and both will be exalted, and human love will be seen at its height. Live in fragments no longer."
The remarkably young self taught new charms tutor sets foot into the office. It's the first time he has ever set foot in hog warts, he had needed some help from a nearly headless ghost to find the room. At twenty years of age he was the youngest of the staff

The Headmaster welcomes them all,
"Good afternoon staff, in several days we will welcome both new and returning pupils back to Hogwarts.. I shall be on the train as I have some important business to complete in York, but I shall have the feast and the Great Hall set up. I hope you understand that whilst the major threats have gone, a dark presence still looms over us, and I urge you all to keep your highest guard, and to ensure that the pupils who leave, are those who shall defend this nation from dark magic in the future.. Did any of you have some questions?
Percival raises his hand.
"Just the one, the purpose of this meeting. Apart from reminding us of our jobs, is there some important announcement for us?"
"Ah yes, Percival.. I remember you were Head of the Aurors when I was the Assistant Minister of Magic."
Hadrian then smiled,
"What I have just said is your most important duty as staff here. And as Head of the Defence against the Dark Arts, I would expect you to lead that duty."
Percival smiled back.
"Yes, headmaster. I had followed your career well, from an auror to assistant minister. I see that you haven't forgotten your old friends."
He inclines his head.
"I was merely wondering if you were expecting some assault, now that you ask us to be on guard. Is there something you wish to share with us?"
James sat, idly swiveling his wand, wondering when the two men would finish trying to make themselves look important.
William sat quietly while thoughts of butter beer ran through his mind

"I have to admit.. There is a large threat to us, and an attack may strike at any time."
Cromwell relaxed,
"Did you have any questions?"
James perks up slightly.
Yes, The letter confirming my application as Charms professor mentioned something about being head of Ravenclaw. Is this still occurring? I don't even know where Ravenclaw is.
"Ravenclaw is in the Ravenclaw tower, you must answer the riddle of the Eagle Knocker before gaining entrance.. Those boys and girls are your responsibility Professor, and they are a good bunch."
Florence Lovegood briskly flew up the stairs which proceed towards the Headmasters office, murmuring to herself in a squeaky tone in some random bizarre dialect. She was clearly flustered as she entered the room, for she had forgotten that she could not just apparate to the office within the school premises. She flicked away her curly and disorganized fringe as she sighed,
"I apologize for my tardiness; I was quite distracted by the Thestrals. Fascination creatures they are...."

"Welcome Professor. However sadly staff, the day after the feast, I will be away in York on personal business for 3 days, during this time I would ask that Professor Elvric makes any decisions required in my absence, of which I doubt there will be many. What I am doing in York could change our wizarding futures, and so I hope you forgive me making such an absence, early in the year."
OOC: I genuinely will be away for 3 days come Thursday without internet
James was slightly surprised at being asked to be in charge, considering he had never taught a lesson yet. Still, he kept a calm face as he felt the other staff looking at him.
Percival could not help smiling. He wondered if this could mean a trip somewhere for him?
