But really wow . I have seen hundreds of unit so far, and many were very impressive, but these pretorians .
No doubt THE COOLEST UNIT EVER!
So what do you think? Are they so great or its just me (and my dreams of being roman emperor )

Btw where are they from : SPQR mod? Didnt try that one But i will definitely.

I too was smitten when I first saw that unit. [They do look great in-game.] I've modded them into my RTRPE game, If you're interested, I could probably give you the text files and such for adding them.

yea its from the SPQR mod... i remember fighting them with my weak legions after the roman civil war started..

lol wat do you think?? i had to fight them with me battered up legions that i had to move back to roman territory once they deemed me a traitor... they took two provinces then i got my legions there then when i got there they decide to just destroy them and so they did.... they almost completely knocked me off the italian peninsula but i was fortunate enough that when that happened i destroyed much of there men so i could start bringing in legions from the east and taking the southern italian settlements

That particular texture of Praetorians only comes with the SPQR mod. So you'd need to download the mod to gain access to the .dds and .cas files that the texture is made up of in order to use it.

Go through the descr_model_battle file in the SPQR mod until you find the Urban Cohorts. Keep that file open as a reference, then look through the models_unit folder to find the .cas files and .dds files in the models_unit/textures folder. Copy and paste the corresponding files to your desktop or anyplace you know you can find them easily. Open the descr_model_unit file from the mod you want to edit with the SPQR Urban Cohort, and then carefully, copy and paste the unit from SPQR into the other mod. After that, copy and paste the .cas files into the models_unit folder and the .dds files into the models_unit/textures folder. If you've done everything correctly, you should get the SPQR Urban Cohorts into the other mod without any type of CTD.
