CTD at the end of the turn (unspecified error)

Hello people, I come here seeking help. I'm playing as England, early campaing turn 141 to 142, SS 6.4 with Savage AI, permanent watchtowers and Byg's Grim Reallity II.

This type of CTD is not uncommon to me, it has already happened like 10 times or more; and before you ask it, I have Windows 7 and yes, I've turned UAC off and reinstalled the game several times. The problem with this specific CTD is that, unlike the other times that were solved by using toggle_fow and making whatever was crashing not happen, it happens when my turn it's about to start; and I've already checked a lot of times if there is a rebel unit causing problems,they are not the problem.

I'll attach both the error log and the save so you can look if I can fix the problem or if my campaing is doomed. I read in the log something about some files missing, but I'm not an expert. On the other hand I can tell you I've never touched the files, the intallation went smooth (every single one), and already checked if the installers were ok.

Is anyone gonna help him? You would think in 9 days someone would have the decency to at least refer him somewhere else. I would help him, but I am terrible with this stuff.
