What units should an Indian faction have? (if there is one)

I am trying to get an idea of what units an Indian army would consist of, I would love to hear peoples ideas

Obviousely Elephants and Chariots. and maybe a mercenary unit called Tribal Warriors/Archers, while the more elite class would be like Kshatriya(Warrior) archers/Swordsmen. Then there could be like *Faction name* Warriors ect. There should also be Gada(Mace)Warriors. Thats all that I can think of

Ive heard that a few of the cultures announced so far are going to be split into more historically accurate factions
i.e. the Greece split into its city states

Im not to much of an indian history buff, but with other factions of that culture i would hope they would differ in some way like the Greeks (if the Greek units end up being marginally different, hopefully they do)
