    Default Constantly losing internet connection

Alright basement, I am here once more because I have been having the most infuriating online existence the past 16 hours. I have been almost constantly losing my internet connection, sometimes I can only open up a page of facebook or TWC before I lose it again. I was absolutely perplexed at what in the hell is/was going on. I have been having the recurrent "Default Gateway not available" symptom from my network diagnostic tool.

I HAD hamachi connecting to a network, I deleted the network so now hamachi doesn't do anything, now when I run the network diagnostic it manages to fix it somewhat... for a few minutes.

I have Xirrus WiFi Inspector, I don't know how to use it properly but if someone here does then cool.

I have an nVidia Geforce 460... I have heard that Nvidia drivers can do this?

Here is the report from my network diagnostic... anything else you guys need I will be more than happy to oblidge.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

PS: Not even once can I recall having problems with my iPod, or my laptop, ONLY this computer, OVer, and OVER, and OVER again...

Update: For about the last 30 minutes I have had a stable internet connection, I think. The issue I am having now is my ping is constantly over 1500 at least... i'm waiting for my ISP to get back to me on a chat tech support option and hopefully they're just resetting or upgrading or something but could it be something else like the source of my problem?

2nd Update: Well my ping has gone down now as well... I still have internet so i'm assuming its "fixed" although I would still appreciate an appraisal of my diagnostic if someone knows what they are doing around here for when, because it probably will conk out at some point
