Well the ttle says it all.
Ive already had 2 full stacks from the cimbri near Patavium and 2 roman rebels stacks one near capua the other near Rome.
Is this a script surprise or something like that ?

Maybe you could explain the situation a little bit more if you think something strange is going on.
But yes, its the script.
I've seen family members spawning in strange places. It may be something to do with the 'ownership' of that settlement.
I've seen regions rebel to Parthia where they had no need to do so.

The Cimbri stacks are simply part of the Cimbri Invasion script, and I believe the Roman Rebel stacks appearing near Capua are a recognized bug that will be fixed in the next patch. A solution for fixing these rebel stacks on your own may have been posted elsewhere (not totally sure mind you) so searching for more threads on the subject may work there.
Those rebels make good practice for Praetorians.
I haven't seen the Cimbri spawn, but I had the problem with the Roman Rebels spawning almost a full stack army every GT near Capua. It ended after I hit the "Delete map.rwm" button in the launcher. It didn't work the first night, but did the next and I haven't seen them since.
"With a population of around a million, Rome (in Claudius' time) was a vast city even by modern standards. It is worth pointing out that during the early Renaissance the population of Rome was no more than fifteen thousand-- living amid the ruins of a civilization that dwarfed their own. It was not until the nineteenth century that the population of Rome returned to the levels it had enjoyed under the Caesars. That is eloquent proof of the fact that human history is not a tale of steady progress towards greater knowledge and achievement." Simon Scarrow
ive had the roman rebels spawn 2 stacks just to the left of capua 2 turns in a row.
i simply solved it by building a fort in the exact location they kept spawning at.
havnt seen them since
