Game crashes after mongol siege in Urgench

Hello. I'm here to report a bug that has recently caused some trouble to me, as I don't know how to solve it.

In the game this bug happens, Im the Kwarezmian Empire of the early campaign in SS6.4. By the year of 1222, the Mongols besiege three of my northen settlements: Khiva, Urgench and Kojinkala. When the mongols invade Urgench and I end the battle in the battle map, the game crashes, reporting that ''Medieval II Total War has enccountered an unespecified error and will now exit''. But this also happens when I load the save I've made before the battle started.

Please help me find what this is. I've also attached a save file in the turn before the battle started so you can see what happen.

I have this issues aswell when defending in a siege it happens very often. Interestingly enough u should post this in SS not in bug reports if you wanna get any help ever.
