Default your mod messed up my rome directory

after extracting the mod using jsgme i tried to play the game, it didnt work.
i looked for a shortcut but couldnt find one, and if i go into the original mod directory i find it is no there.
i had to cut and paste the data directory over to the rome data directory to get the mod to work at all.
after i got it to work it ctded during loading, saying file does not exist

i remmeber looking at those huge gaelic armies and thinking the computer will never beat me and the computer used dirty tricks and ctded on me.

Sorry, but there's your problem. TFT uses RTW's built in mod switch functionality - nothing else is necessary. Please follow the installation instructions next time.

aaagh that was my last working 1.5 backup, lol and im not going to install another one since my rtw slot has 1.6,

rtw has built in mod switch? i thought it had to be hacked to be moddable

Nope - there's a command line switch that can be used to run mods from their own folder without messing up vanilla RTW. TFT takes full advantage of this.
