RTW1.5 and BI
Hi,
I would appreciate some help with the installation of RTW-BI.
I have to copy of RTWv1.5 in separate folders
. One has got the Mod RTRVII-FOE, in the other I would like to install Roma surrectum 2, but I would also upgrade the RTW v.1.5 with BI.When I insert the cd the only thing I can do is play (of course there is a BI installation already).
Is there a way to force the cd to install BI in the other folder?
Sorry: I can not edit my message. I wanted to say "I have TWO copy of RTWv1.5..."
Sorry.
Edited (Brusilov): You can only edit posts after you've been on TWC for a few weeks and have more than 15 posts(I believe). But at least you tried to edit your post (thanks).

Re: RTW1.5 and BI
If this other mod is modfoldered you could copy that folder and than just delete the mod. If it's not modfoldered, I guess you'd have to reinstall.

Many thanks for all replies.
It is a Mod-foldered, so as you said I should not have problem in copy and then delete the mod or leave it.

Well, yesterday I have tried and everithing gone fine.
I have deleted the FOE mod and installed Roma surrectum II and applied patch 2.5.
Many thanks for all your effort and hard work!!
I would you like to know if in this mod have I to start script pressing some button (like in other mod) or not?
Thanks

Re: RTW1.5 and BI
I would strongly suggest that you don't install a mod into a install that already has a mod in it (even if that is mod-foldered).
There are times that a mod-foldered game will change data outside of the mod-folder - I've seen this happen with some menus.
The recommendation is that you keep a clean vanilla install of R::TW and R:TW BI and use that as a base for any new mods you try out.
Edited: You need to start the script by clicking on the advisors image. It's explained in the install intructions on TWC. It can happen automatically.
