All Wizards and Witches are required to read the following statement below and respect the terms of this document.
Ministry Classification of Magical Creatures As per regulations of the Ministry of Magic and the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, all wizards and witches must obey the classification of Magical Creatures, set by the Ministry of Magic. All sentient creatures must be respected and treaties with these societies must be respected as well.
Special licenses for the research and breeding of certain creatures from class XXX - XXXXX must be authorized by the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures and be approved by the Ministry of Magic. The person must also display special knowledge in handling and researching such creatures.
All unauthorized procedures and abuse of the Department's regulations and Ministry laws on Magical Creatures will result in immediate arrest and detainment of personnel(s) and creature(s) involved will be controlled and relocated or detained till further notice (depending upon the type and class of creature in question). These policing actions will be executed in cooperation of the Department for Magical Law Enforcement and members of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. Trial will be held and the person in question shall be punished depending on the severity of the cause.
It is recommended that any hostile encounter or sighting of class XXXX to XXXXX creatures in any manner must be avoided at all cost and be reported to the Ministry of Magic and the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. All hostile manner must be reported immediately. It is advised that you remain hidden and away from view of these creatures and seek shelter till the Ministry of Magic sends help.
