Stuck on neutral with only 2 factions left IG...

Hey, I have a problem with my campaign...
I've made it to the point where it's just me (Julii) and the Scipii left, I have 65 regions (yes I felt like continuing after winning) and they have the rest of the map... Now theoretically I would like to attack them and destroy them but just as I took the last rebel region I was set back to seeing the Scipii as neutral, i have trade rights with them and when I want to attack it says I do not have enough popular support (SPQR and Brutii no longer exist)...
Even worse is the fact that they continue to attack my regions (although failing to capture them) and yet I still see them as neutral and continue to trade with them...

Any ideas on what to do? :o (apart from starting a new campaign)

I've read about this bug before. Apparently theres no other option then to start a new campaign
To prevent this in the future, you could do 3 things:
-Not make peace with any of the other roman factions after you get outlawed
-Mod the game (or download a mod) so you can attack the other roman factions from the start (iirc it was the "superfaction" line in the campaign file)
-Mod the game so the game starts with just 1 roman faction (so theres just 1 united roman faction from the start)

Ok ty, I kinda figured there was no way of getting out of this situation...

PS : I didn't make peace with the roman factions after being outlawed... i was at war with the scipii the entire time until we were the only 2 factions left IG...

That's odd. Maybe all the more reason to start with a unified campaign or to remove the superfaction in the strat file. Atleast, it's what I do
