Ok, so I was up to turn 55, then all of a sudden all of the buttons on the bottom are not clickable including the end turn button, so I can move on! HELP Me PLEASE!

If you have a save, even an autosave, try it.
Can you start a new campaign?

What do you mean, and yes I can start a new campaign and I have tried deleting all saved games and restarting, but no luck!

If the buttons arem't there starting a new a game, reinstall the game.
Update your graphics drivers in the meantime.
