Stoney Sept does not start off empty, if you download the files and use them you would realise that.

Check the OP for the newest files to put into your Blackfyre mod.

Your character starts with 4 mercenary spear units (forgot to mention this but all cc's start with them) so adding them onto the army should make it impossible to beat right away.

When your character and his units are put in you will be able to test it to see if he can be beaten before we start the mod so if there is an issue it can be bought up and fixed then.

I ofc object to the army being marched west, i already face enough bloody Blackfyres not to have em safeguarded

Its bad enough i have to go west with my forces to beat em, neither do i think lannister will want em close to golden tooth that he cant defend fast enough?

I say fort the army so ill have to siege it

Idk if that is possible, besides it will only trap my character. I believe Tully not be able to beat that army if my character and the four units are added.

Another way would be to place the Blackfyres earlier in the turn list.

If you do that, he will be able to join his forces by raventree... if that is done i wont be able to beat him.

I still think you should remove more ships, 1 cog/galley is enough (perhaps degrade the port at dragonstone? so less ships can be recruited)

I will have a look at the ships and see about removing one along with lowering the port level (the latter was probably still there from when it was under Stannis' control in the alpha/enhanced)

Excellent, tho the situation in the riverlands is still tricky at best xD

I think the best solution would be:
The army cannot be attacked, everything else is a go!

The most fair thing imho that we can do.

Hurry up guys, i want to start with the RP! By next weekend at least

IMHO add rules:
- gifted regions must have all the gained troops disbanded immediately
- no assasinating / princess raping Custom Characters

change rules:
- 2 forts a region max / alliance still 5 units as you wish^^
- no sallying to prevent the choice when capturing a city/castle (sallying from forts can be strategically sound, sallying often cause more losses in draw than by defending)
-Turn time still 24 hours before skip/sub one can RP afterwards if needed!

So no custom traits right?

And 10 trait slots max?

Im assuming the maximum excludes piety, loyalty, and dread/chivalry as well?

Custom traits are allowed but will be checked over to ensure they are not overpowered and a limit of 10 traits, upgrading a trait counts as another trait slot so Engergetic 2 is 2 traits.
