Actualy all of my traits are ones I created without looking into the _export_descr_character_traits so they are all level 1. If there is a trait there that you think needs lowering to a more acceptable level then point it out and I will lower it. The main point of it was to show people how to create thei general

All your traits are at least tier 2 ones and you count em as 1, some are lvl 4 ones but i really dont mind hp and or loyalty buffs as they dont really matter so they can be... large imho. Chivalry and dread arent that important either, but honorable for example is a 4 one and 200% bribe a 2 one IN IT SELF

The Stormlord, Reachlord and Night one do exist but are different. He has a high piety, loyalty and chivalry however these do not change the outcome of battles.

And no, if you want you can make your own traits up, why be limited to the standard traits when you can create your own?

Character Traits: These can be found here (mod folder-data-export_descr_traits) Each character is limited to 10 traits including upgrades so a +4 in bravery will cost 4 trait slots. Two slots will be added for your characters biography and the night fighting skill.

You've several of these upgrades.
I think it is easier if we kept to the existing traits, easier to pick them, easier to stay with the rules and easier for you as you don't have to create new ones.

Character Traits:
Guardian of Dorne: +1 Command, +1 Loyalty
Commander of the Sunspear Guard: +1 Command, +1 Loyalty
( both are 1 pointers, the game would prolly rate em 2 pointers but loyalty is an non-issue =2)

Knows the Stormlords: +2 Command when fighting the Stormlords
Knows the Reachlords: +2 Command when fighting the Reachlords
Each is a 2 pointer = 4

Honourable: +3 Chivalry
3 pointer, there are options that give loyalty too. =3

Gifted Commander: +2 Command
2 pointer aspiring commander =2

+2 Hitpoints
one pointer, some other give stuff like +- 1 command attacking/defending =1

Devout: +5 Piety
Is a strong worshiper of the Seven and regularly lights candles to thank them of his fortune.
there is no +5 piety, some +4 that also give 2 chivalry. (4 points) lets call it a 1 pointer since its unimportant, 2 if you want the chiv =1

Logistical Genius: +2 Command
Closest i can get is harsh taskmaster +1 command, its a 3 pointer giving +1 command
if you really want logistical you only get movement =3

Child of the Night: +2 Command when night fighting
This is a 3 point one, 2 if you do not count night fighter (we dont) so =2

Right now you have 18 points, and then im being very mild on loyalty, chivalry and piety

True but I propose a rule to make it more appealing to have older characters over younger ones which atm is just a way to get your general to die of old age earlier.
What if characters have 10 points for traits at the beginning and for every 5 years past 15 they gain another 2? Eg 15=10 points, 20= 12 points, 25 = 14 points.

I say we should balance this a little, targaryen starts with 1 war galley 4 galleys and a cog? wtf?
Tyrell have 2 galleys and a cog... all this while lannister have nothing, stark have nothing, arryn have nothing, renly have nothing and martell have nothing.

martell have 2 princesses and every bloody general is unmarried (need a rule at least?)

I suggest that the targ fleet is reduced to 2 galleys, this is still too strong imho and tyrell have his fleet removed. Its either this or adding ships to every one -.-'
Renly arryn and stark can only recruit cogs and galleys anyway so wont be able to match targaryen anyway. but at least give em a small chance?
(much simpler to remove units, than to add)

The Targaryen fleet is meant to be quite large as is the Tyrell fleet however I can give both the Vale and Stormlords their own ships.

Chars will have to be 55+ to die of old age in this mod, its a non-issue imho

with 10 points you can already create characters better than the best in game ones, not to mention that you can do this without using easy-to-gain attributes.
The characters we make, can easily become by far the meanest machines ever seen by fighting. If you give chars 20 points (40 years old), it gets ridiculous...

Id give 1 for every 5 years max, but my char will still be 20-35 years^^

if you do not reduce the targaryen fleet, the entire east coast will be easy prey and Targaryen can already field massive armies as it is.
better to balance it out a little then to try to keep it "as it was". Renly having to fight an unbeatable fleet landing more armies than he could possibly match anyway?

Give me targaryens, and id give you the vale, stormlands + dorne and even the norths coast even if you gang up on me...
hell, even the tyrell fleet is a major concern for the ironborn xD and theyre supposed to be unmatched.

I say, remove most of the fleets so only GJ have a true naval advantage and Targaryens a symbolic fleet (he still s up ALL the eastern coast that can ONLY make one cog/galley each...). Its a ridiculous advantage being unbeatable on the water

You can add ships sure, evry faction having a sailer would be very nice. But giving renly anything close to what targaryen have will not only drain his treasury but makes less sense than reducing targaryens navy (1 war galley, 3 galleys and 1 cog... is ridiculously much)

The Tyrell navy guarantees he will be able to up dorne BAD unless people gang up vs him or dorne fights like a boss.
Only the greyjoys should have a true naval advantage imho, they need it to even stand a chance unlike targaryens.

Agree with Mith here. Give Targaryen one normal galley and a sailor, that is enough imo.

And 10 points for all traits is enough, we don't want our characters to be more badass then Deamon Blackfyre, he is supposed to be the most badass character of this era.

Also can you check each settlement and add some garrisons? Lannisport and stoney sept are empty, dunno about others.

Age 35

William Mudd believes himself to be a last descendant of the mythical Mudd kings of old. As prove he wears a hammer he calls the Hammer of Justice and an "old and battered" shield with the Mudd Coa. No lords actually believe him, the Mudd dynasty died out thousands of yeas ago, but he is a formidable fighter and popular with the small folk of the Riverlands. He has joined the Blackfyre rebellion in the hopes that he'll be made lord of the Riverlands when the rebellion is won. Whether this will actually happen will depend on House Tully's stand in the rebellion and his own achievements in the field.
