Everyone and their mother can beat me in multiplayer, i need some help, a mentor, i dont know what im doing wrong.

you can also check on youtube. Look for Pointman aka reflexcss or heirofcarthage. They have alot of battle replays and provide insights/commentaries on tactics.

edit: oh yeah i forgot also badegogm on youtube.

lol HoC. good joke. For pointman its a tad bit hard to learn from him due to the army being usually highly vetted and the way he micros. Most new players wont have the slightest clue on what hes doing for like half the game except to see him win.

Why not read the Art of War by Sun Tzu and read battlefield tactics by historical generals? I borrowed tactics from Moltke in Fall of Samurai multiplayer battles. But I always read military books. It's better to have knowledge than have none.
