    Default traps

I know caltrops have already been mentioned but I was wondering what people thought on maybe being able to set traps in your cities while defending them, such as caltrops or maybe even just blocking off some streets in order to funnel your enemy into a street of your will ? anyone have any ideas how you could trap or outsmart enemies in cities ?

That would be fun, but I think that would have to bee exclusive to the campaign for balancing purposes, unless the traps themselves cost money during siege multiplayer matches.
The traps would be excellent if you are defending with phalanx troops and other heavy infantry.
