quick question regarding tables

if 2 mods use the same table, but use different entries (say 1 mond uses the genpai entries for USL and the other uses the boshin entries with all other values deleted from mod) will they work together?

if not, is it possible to make mod 1 the "main" mod by adding the entries from mod 2 to it (making the USL of mod 2 redundant while keeping it)?

You mean with one mod only having the genpai entries and the other mod only having the boshin entries? Yes, they will work together since one isn't overwriting information in the other, even though they use the same table.
