    Default The individual wealth ceiling

This video explains how we can make the elite pay for the crisis they've created. Nothing will ever change if we don't take drastic measures.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4S6W...hannel&list=UL

This is a wake-up call for humanity. We have to learn to think out of the box. We can no longer ignore the fact that our democracy is a charade. The elite dictates the world.

Please spread the idea and the video. The more people know about it, the more realistic the idea becomes.

There is no crisis. A wealth ceiling is retarded. Democracy is bad. The Elite should run things. No I'm not going to spread your bs.

    Lets think about this.
Who is benefited by a wealth ceiling? No one. It you limit the amount one can profit you limit how much they will produce.
Why should the power be collective instead of individual?
Why shouldn't the most able people take charge? Even if there was a Democracy you'd still ideally put those people in charge.

Everything is fine. Everything is as it should be.

Even if you cap the income there's still a 1%...

have you worked a day in your life? Not worked to get a few things over the summer, but worked to eat, to keep a roof over your head, and seen that taken from you because people high on drugs, champagne and ego deliberately, treasonously and maliciously destroyed the economy to make themselves richer, then made you pay to 'save them'?

But no, a wealth ceiling is retarded, entrepreneurs should be rewarded, managers however, well bonus limits in finance make alot of sense, if you don't do your job you should get fired, the 'bonus' is keeping your job.

The worst sin is by far greed. Its enslaving people and destroying societies and enviroment. Greed is the reason why our world turned into a huge pile of .

To be as close to the Latin as possible in English: Luxury, Gluttony, Avarice, Acedia, Irascibility, Invidiousness, and Superbity. (I didn't even know a few of those were words.)

I doubt Avarice is the worst. Invidiousness and Superbity are the worst IMO.

I hardly think the great technological strides made in the 20th century turned our world into a huge pile of . Speaking of which, exactly where do you see the indications that our world today is more of a pile of than, say, during the 80s?

Take an example of Germany. Nowadays 50% of the german wealth is controlled by less than 10% of the people. Noone could have imagined that back in the 80s (I will search for hard facts when i have the time).
Moreover the so called "Jobwunder" (the lowest number of unemployed people since the Mauerfall) is just a fake. More than four million employees in germany need social support of the state since they are payed so poorly.
More money was spent for saving the Hypo Real Estate bank than for education when Lehman Brothers died.
Power companies like EON are making billions of profit and the price for a kW/h has almost doubled in the last few years.
Hundreds of thousands of people need to eat at the "Tafel" (a charity project that gathers food, which would have gone to trash otherwise).
Take a close look at germany and you see an economic superpower at the edge of social holocaust because of greed.

And that are really minor problems compared to what's happening elsewhere in the world.

I hate this ** world as it is right now.

Probably due to all the Carbon taxes and all costs of Global warming BS, including closing the nuclear reactors.

Eon probably making money by green subsidies.

    Stupidity does have a cost.

A wealth ceiling is a retarded idea, it would effectively destroy economic output and investment as no-one would have the incentive to make money.

Think of it this way, say a wealth ceiling did come in and I was the owner of a small to medium sized business. Rather than work for nothing I would work until I hit that ceiling then I would close up shop for the rest of the year and go and play golf or something. I would also be discouraged to employ new people meaning unemployment would not be solved.

What we need to do is encourage businesses to make as much money as is humanly possible, that way we can have more people employed and wages can rise, profit shouldn't be a dirty word.

Working for nothing??? Did you even watch the video? It's a 1 billion dollar ceiling. No one should have more money than that. Now billionaires get tax breaks. With the wealth ceiling young starting entrepreneurs get the tax breaks.

It's none of your business how much they make.

Reforming the tax system is fine though. Billionaires don't need special tax breaks on their personal income, but corporations shouldn't be taxed twice.

I think you miss the point that power is wealth. Whoever enforces your wealth ceiling and the accompanying bureaucracy becomes the new elite. Plus, money is only a medium of exchange. The amount of dollars or Euros or Yen or whatever that a person has does not necessarily indicate wealth. Controlling the money and the system by which that money is used is the favorite pastime of the true "elite." The governing powers are always the elite, and they naturally gravitate to the financial and corporate elite out of mutual interest. You cannot eliminate hierarchy, no matter what Marx says. The solution is less control, not more of it. The problem is not that billionaires exist. The problem is that some of those billionaires become power brokers (Nelson Aldrich, Paul Warburg, JP Morgan, JD Rockefeller, Nathan Rothschild, etc) who use their wealth to perpetuate and expand their power base through government control. The government needs money and money needs protection. It is the ideal match.

If you're into anti-establishment conspiracy theories, read Tragedy and Hope by Caroll Quigley and The Creature form Jekyll Island by Edward Griffin for an idea of how "things" work. Communism and Anarchism are merely tools adhered to by tools. The "Legion" anarchist robo-voice clowns are just useful idiots.
Of these facts there cannot be any shadow of doubt: for instance, that civil society was renovated in every part by Christian institutions; that in the strength of that renewal the human race was lifted up to better things-nay, that it was brought back from death to life, and to so excellent a life that nothing more perfect had been known before, or will come to be known in the ages that have yet to be. - Pope Leo XIII

Which is why their money is their money. The economy would get along just fine without all the people that don't make money.

I have met very few people other than the occasional homeless person who I could say doesn't make any money and even he collects scrap metal for change to buy his refreshing beverages. I would guess even he contributes to his local economy and pays the sales tax to boot
