    Default [Proposal] Removing Paths

    I got some insightful advice about paths. And that too is backed with proof. Looking from observer point of view, it again looks like restricting gameplay to canon. Something which greatly reduces creativity.

    I think it is now time to decide. I call for removing paths.
    No restrictions to any player. All players can,
    - Hold lands
    - Trade
    - Do all scholarly stuff

    The rules would be modified accordingly. Your opinion and feedback would be welcome.

    You don't really see a lord doing things that the scholars do... Like doctorates of law etc.

    Eh.... I'd prefer to use paths as guidelines rather than get rid of them altogether. They don't have to be set in stone but I'd like there to be some variation.

    About the OP, it does not say that you have to do all that. If the paths are removed, you are free to do any or all of those things if you wish.

    Would you guys rather have it so your only yearly income comes from trade and tax? Or do you want a set yearly income as well?

    Support. At this time and era of 1001 AD, there really isn't much to do as Church hype is still strong and thus we are very limited in some of our paths. Eliminating them ends those restrictions.
