Is this mod fully modfoldered so I can play this and Third age aswell?

What Kingdoms language version do you have? Because that's important.

Umm since im in croatia, i think english , i have installed english and not gold edition ,normal one

There are two English versions, UK and US, if you mixed them, Kingdoms won't work. But everything works for you, so there's no issue.

If you want to make a shortcut, you have to navigate into M2TW/mods/Broken_Crescent_kingdoms, there you right-click on bc_launch.bat, then choose proper option ("send to desktop" or something like that).
