Install order/crash help

I don't really get the order on the easy and painfree installation. It says that patches and quickfixes needs to be installed in numerical order.At first I installed the 005 patch ,which is the first one, and then the quickfixes.
I started a campagne and played for 20 turns and under thoose turn it crashed randomly about 7 times.

Then I noticed that the attached files were in another order, first quickfix and then the 005 patch and then the rest of the quickfixes.
For me it sounds very weird that a quickfix is installed before an actuall patch since the patches includes all quickfixes :S

So which is the real order and if there is a thing I might have missed ? Like not install it in a programs file folder or something.

I played this mod over a year ago and I had no problem back then.

Btw I played as the Dark elves, buggy faction ?

That's exactly the way to proceed: torrent, patch, quick fixes

It should be stable, no bugged factions, try re-installing it..

Hummm... it didn't work. I even started to play as orc and goblins just in case it was the Dark elves but still, it started to crash at turn 6 :/ crashed 2 more times before I reached turn 10.

I do remember that previously version (1.4 maybe) crashed on startup/meny screen the first 3-5 times after it was installed. But after that I never had any problem.

Odd very odd indeed, something is wrong with instalation for sure, but question is what I sugest you send CTD report to Gigantus he will provide you with an answer to what is wrong and will sugest a way to fix it for sure.
Btw have you started instaler as Administrator? adjust video quality perhaps? first things that hit me becouse instaler is quality made and works prety neet.

Yeah I can do that, where is the location of the CTDs ? No I havn't installed as administrator, didn't need to do it in prevous versions.
But I'll give it a try.

1. General = Due to a drain on resources the error log has been set to 'error' - the lowest setting. To find errors that are not obvious in the 'error' log, kindly set your log to 'trace' and then compress and attach the error log after a crash.
2. Finding the log = it will be in the ...\Medieval II Total War\logs folder
3. Setting the log to trace = open Configuration.cfg (in the Rage_of_dark_Gods main folder) with Notepad. In the [log] section, remove the hash ( # ) in front of the trace line and add a hash in front of the error line, save. The log will become rather big, but compressing will reduce it to approximately 5-10% of it's original size.
4. Please provide details what happens, when it happens and which version (see selection screen, 'Gig version') you are running

Oh ! I have no clue of how to do that or what it is xD I'll just copy the M2TW.system.log in the log folder. Maybe it says something.
