Query about my monitor

So I've had my monitor for about six years now. Its a 19" flatscreen Dell E207WFP monitor, and I recently upgraded my desktop. Now I have a pretty nice computer, I could find the specs and post them, but I think it will suffice to say I can run any game on the market right now on ultra settings (I did check that )

My question is whether or not an older (but decent!) monitor will hinder my graphics or resolution in any way?

other than image clarity and overall monitor resolution if it works your fine.

yea no problem pretty much a higher resolution and bigger screen means OOOOO PRETTY!!!! thats about it, if your using an NVIDIA GPU lower resolution wont hurt, AMD gpus tend to be more limited at lower res.
