Lord Willas meets with the envoy.
"Hello you seem have traveled far would you like food or drink?"

"I am quite parched," the envoy remarked. "Perhaps we could discuss this matter over a dinner, my Lord?"

"Thank you my Lord," The Envoy said as he poured himself a glass of wine. "Shall we begin our discussion?"

"As I am sure you know, White Harbor is the trading capital of the North. People everywhere from the Neck to the Wall come to White Harbor to export their goods across the other six Kingdoms. Rook's Rest would be honored to become a trading partner of White Harbor. Our harbors and warfs are ready to act as a launching off point for Northern Goods all across the Crownlands. Not only that, but we'd both benefit directly from such a trade (OOC: We both get a share of profit). I do ask of you My Lord, please consider my Liege's offer.

"Goods such as timber and ore can be brought in from White Harbor and traded throughout the Crownlands. But I reason you mean brought from Rook's Rest to White Harbor, and the answer is quite simple. When Winter begins the fields of the North become unworkable. Grain must be stored and saved and hoarded before Winter arrives, and even then starvation is a common fate for the smallfolk. However the Crownlands and other regions of Central Westeros remain workable long after the North has become too cold. If you traded with Rook's Rest, we could bring grain from across the region to the North and not only avert starvation but make White Harbor fabulously rich on food trades during the Winter."

Dinner arrives a steaming 6 course meal is placed in front of them.
"this seams reasonable but what profits can I expect to gain."

"All the gold of the smallfolk when you're the only one selling grain with winter on the cusp of arrival. I've done a rough estimate of how much you can expect, I put my number at 9,000 Golden Dragons every payment, at least. If either of our lands expand in the future we'll find ourselves with an even larger number later on."

The Envoy takes a bite of the stew in front of him.

"A fine dish, My Lord. Mayhaps someday I can borrow your chef?"

"Well tell Lady Lloys that trade can begin immediately. As to the chef I doubt it he does not like travel but I'm sure he will give you the recipe."

"A feast! Randal Feasts are expensive it will coast at least 10000 dragons to prepare what brought around this madness." Willas says
"I wish to court one of lord Hightowers daughters and he agreed so I wish to have a feast to show off or wealth."
"Fine I will under the condition you pay for half the costs."
"ok Father I will send the ravens at once."

    Ser Mandon Arryn

He could never understood his sister in Law. No need to punish him by sending him to the north, he had just ed a single serving girl... well, okay, her sister too, but no need to overreact like this. Sighing the second son of the Lord of the Eyrie shook his head. His sister in Law was such a spoilsport sometimes. Normaly she wasn't that moody, only when pregnant. Perhaps she was pregnant again? Had his brother started a baby manufactory or what? Three kids already and another on the way? Well, okay, if he choose to.
Leaving the ship he took to get from gulltown to White Harbor he took the enviroment in. Okay, for a northern city it was quite... nice. Not grand like Oldtown or marvelous like Lannisport, but... nice. And white. So much white. Quite boring in his opinion.
Then he made his way up to the castle of the Manderlys, his small guard following him. Funny thing about his guard was, that they weren't all from the Vale, one even was a bravoosi. More his drinking companions and friends, than his subordinates, but at least they dressed in proper clothing.
