Default A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed (5002).

I bought the medieval 2: total war gold edition with kingdoms expansion quite recently. Every time i try and run it i get this error message

A required security module cannot be activated.
This program cannot be executed (5002).

Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=module&c=5002 for further, more detailed information.

I have been to the site it tells me to go but it doesent help, any ideas on how to solve this problem? any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

Do you have iTunes installed? If so uninstall it, then try it.
I haven't seen this one in a couple of years.

5002 Error code message straight from SecuROM,
    Code:
SecuROM™ has determined that the debugging tool 'OllyDebug' is running. Please close 'OllyDebug' before you start the application.

If the application won't start although you have already closed 'OllyDebug', please send a SecuROM™ analysis file to support@securom.com (see Support Info section on how to prepare and send an analysis file).
This is something that you can possibly find in Task Manager.
