Question about Medieval 2 total war kingdoms

Hi everyone, i just installed M2TW Kingdoms and when i launch the game it seems to go to the original one just "M2TW". It doesn't show kindoms in the background or anythinhg and when i try the grand campaign i can't choose the new thirteen playable factions that i'm supose to have.

so i'm not sure how i can tell witch one i'm playing between "M2TW Kingdoms" or just "M2TW" and i'm not sure if i just need to complete the grand campaign once to unlock all the 13 new playable factions.

also when i installed the game i installed M2TW Kingdoms before installing the original one so i'm not sure if that makes any difference.

I installed threw steam and if you need more information about my problem let me know... i'd just like to be able to play the expansion kindoms playing the thirteen new races.

Do you have the launcher.exe? If you have Kingdoms installed, you will have

Medieval II Total War
Americas Campaign
Brittania Campaign
Crusades Campaign
Teutonic Campaign

with the last four being Kingdoms.
