Can anyone tell me what tool this is?

It came with my computer, and normally regulates my computer's SLI. With it installed, my computer will alternate between what essentially amounts to "desktop" and "gaming" modes. After I installed the 301.42 drivers, it disappeared, and my computer is locked into "desktop" mode. At least that's what my limited understanding is telling me.
To be clear, I have contacted NVIDIA with this same picture and description, and they told me it was part of their system tools. That is false. What they linked me to contains the system monitor and ntune. Both are useful, neither are what I'm looking for. I've remained in contact with them, but little help has been given. So, I figured I'd go to the wise members of the TWC.

edit: It's Hybrid SLI. Problem solved.
