    Default Population Idea

    Just an idea but it would be really nice if we could evacuate a population before the enemy attacks.

    -another model on the map just for the civilians
    -able for merge civilians with army for protection
    -maybe cut civilian's movement point in half

    Also maybe civilians could be attacked but the general takes a huge dread raise and a huge penalty to relations.

    Nice and may i add a Civilan Evacuate in battle sieges as well? and if sucess gives you Influence + Heroisim

    Could really renact Battle of Gondor in LoTR

    But with all this must come at a price of Sieges taking more than a simple 1 battle/2 turn wait.

    i want to see my troops going in a city full of civilians and massacring them muahahahaha... like when im sieging and i break through the walls and stuff it would be awesome if you see running civilians and you either have the option to murder them or just ignore them and both options should have penalties/rewards and such and the only way i see you moving civilians from a city/village is because of migration and it should be done only bi the tribes/"barbarians" not by the huge empires like rome or carthage and stuff.... my two cents:3

    To be honest that would be realistic, and a pretty interesting addition to the game, even if it's quite gruesome.

    Why though? I don't think killing enemy soldiers is any better than civilians.

    i like the idea, although i'd add the condition that the enemy army must have been discovered at a certain distance to the city before it reaches the settlement in order to enable the player/AI to evacuate the civilians - this may be done via watchtowers, villages, spies, troops stationed along the way, or battles fought (let's say, at a distance of...20kms to the city?)
