How do you edit aging in MTW 2 MOD

Does anyone know how to edit the ageing of a character, I googled it and found that a character ages during winter but I am playing a mod (Westeros Total War - based on a song of ice and fire book - Game of thrones)

Winter only comes every few years sometimes 10, so will my characters never age.

I want to make them age quickly to produce lots of heirs then slow it down to its orginal turn time of 0.1 years per turn ?

Aging is a global setting - you cannot change it halfway, unless you use a seasonal script that starts after a certain number of turns. It will however very likley mess up a few things.
