My Shogun 2 total war crashes?

Hi, my shogun 2 total war crashes when I start the game. When I start the game I come to the black screen with Shogun 2 total war written on it, then wait a while until the intro comes on then it crashes. It said this: Shogun 2 total war stopped working. It also said Bechmark aborted by user. Here is my dxdiag:

Hi, my shogun 2 total war crashes when I start the game. When I start the game I come to the black screen with Shogun 2 total war written on it, then wait a while until the intro comes on then it crashes. It said this: Shogun 2 total war stopped working. No, as I said, it was in the settings for shogun 2 total war. I was checking around for problems because my shogun 2 total war crashed. Then it was a little check box that said: Enable 10000 colors. I checked it but now I forgot where I found that check box. I cant find the settings.

Delete the Shogun2 folder in The Creative Assembly folder, verify the game cache, and hopefully it will reset itself.
