6.4 CDT When about to complete victory conditions

Playing as Byzantines, I need to have 50 regions, defeated venice, silicy and the turks

I have about 55 regions
Persians took the last Turkish settlement
Killed Venice early on
When clicking either Occupy, sack or exterminate Naples the game crashes

It's the last one I need to take before I win

I have not edited any of the game files myself
I have not installed any sub mods

It's not a UAC problem, as I did all that along with installing the mod
