Default How to remove a unit (make it unrecuitable)?

    Hallo,

almost everytime I see a new unit mod, I see a few units I'd want and a few units I wouldn't want to have in my game.
So my question is, using the Pack File Manager, what do I need to change to make a specific unit unrecuitable for both me and the campaign AI (without affecting the AI recruitment behavior - I don't know if it would confuse the AI in some way if I just deleted some lines)?

    Thanks in advance!

    try going to db/units_to_groupings_military_permissions_tables/units_to_groupings_military_permissions

You should see a list of a bunch of units with the db ID Ref.

Try removing entries that say "japan" or similar. I know when I make a unit, if I want it recruitable, I have to set this, so taking this out should have the opposite effect. You can leave the rebels and pirates type entries if you want those types of stacks to still potentially have those units in them.
