I think so, there is the possibility to go after heretics im sure, so all youll have to do is go Spain in the game..

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! Sorry couldn't resist. I reckon they'll make it in as an event, possibly resulting in less heresy in spanish territory.

Funny how there is no problem with killing protestants and non catholics in this game but if it were a WW2 game like hearts of iron including the race cleansing methods would cause an uproar.

Well, Paradox did that out of self-cencure well before there was any uproar (and had black slaves as a trade good in EU1 and EU2, plus Victoria). Plus, massacres and persecutive shenanigans seem only to be really bad if it happened recently (and not in Africa or other parts of the world we don't care about

) - a lot of people get stars in their eyes when they're talking about "terror tactics" in medieval warfare - another name for wholesale slaughter of civvies.

Yup, thats what 500 years will do to things.

As long as there are people still living who endured the genocide of WWII, the sensitivites about that will persist.

I'd think it would be an invent possible for any catholic faction. Spain might get a special event where the pope sends out more than a few inquisitions to represent it.

Weren't inquisitors in MTW1? I suppose they will be in MTW2 aswell, hopefully they will appear in the late period when you least expect it, in the shapes and looks of Michael Palin, Terry Gillian and Terry Jones.
