Call of Warhammer 1.4.4 Need a copy of the descr_sm_factions.txt file

Hi. I recently tried to install the Call of warhammer mod (1.4.4 version) onto my desktop. Currently can't run it, I keep hitting a CTD at the loading screen. I have turned off the UAC, and to the best of my knowledge stopper the virtualizaton. Also made sure to install and try to run everything as an administrator. The medieval expansion pack on my desktop is version 1.5. Now according to Log file the problem is when the start up tries to access information from the descr_sm_factions.txt file. You can find the details from the log file. At this point I believe either the file is corrupt or is missing data.

Here's my request. Anyone who has a working copy of 1.4.4 please reply to this post with an attachment of this file. I would really like to have a go at this game.

Hmm.. Also I would suggest installing 1.51, it's more stable one.
